Terms and Conditions of Use Close

Article 1 (Application of Terms and Conditions)

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the use of facilities and services at Kedouin Golf & Resort (hereinafter referred to as the "Club"). All users (including members and non-members) use the facilities in accordance with the club's rules of play, supplementary provisions and these terms and conditions for the provision of comfortable and safe play.

Article 2 (Enactment of Terms and Conditions)

Anyone wishing to play must sign a prescribed form with their real name at the front desk on the same day, and a facility use contract with the club is established.

Article 3 (Application for use, cancel, and penalty)

1. Applications for use are accepted through a pre-reservation system based on the method set by the club (web, phone, fax, etc.).
2. In principle, reservations for non-member guests can be represented by members, in which case you will include your membership number in addition to your name.
3. The guest play policy, weekend and holiday reservation principles, and the handling of reservation fees and penalties are in accordance with the bylaws set by the club.

Article 4 (Rejection of Use)

The Club may refuse to use the Club in any of the following cases.

1. Where it is difficult to comply with the reservation time due to unavoidable reasons, such as 10,000 won
2. Where business is impossible due to natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons
3. Where an act of harming public order or good manners has been committed or concerns thereof are recognized
4. Where a person belongs to or is recognized as an antisocial force, such as a gang
5. Where an attempt is made to enter by accompanying or introducing antisocial forces
6. Where a crude or violent act has caused discomfort to other users or hindered the club's work
7. In the case of a corporation, if it is confirmed that some of the executives belong to antisocial forces
8. In the case of an application under a pseudonym or another person's name
9. Failure to override and correct warnings about rule or manner violations
10. Any other reasonable cause is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or to be deemed undesirable to use the club facilities

Article 5 (Closed days and business hours)

The closing date and opening and closing times of each facility are determined by the club, and if necessary, they can be changed temporarily.

Article 6 (Continued refusal of use)

The club may continue to refuse to take advantage of any of the following

1. Where concerns of collective or conventional violence or illegal activities are recognized, or there has been an act that harms public order and good manners
2. Where there has been a remarkably inappropriate act against the club
3. Where a person has seriously hindered the play of others due to his/her remarkable inexperience, etc.
4. Failure to correct slow play in defiance of rules, manners, and warnings
5. Where business is impossible due to natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons
6. Where a user or companion falls under an antisocial force
7. Other violations of these terms and conditions

Article 7 (Personal Information)

1. The club shall comply with the Japanese 個人情報保護 Act and related laws and regulations, and safely manage the personal information of customers.
2. When using the facility, the information written on the signature book is used within the necessary range, such as contact with users.
3. The signature information may be provided upon the legitimate request of the investigative agency, as prescribed by the relevant laws and regulations.
4. Personal information acquired during the reservation and use process is safely managed according to the club's security policy.

Article 8 (Clothes Regulations)

1. Wear a hat or sun visor.
2. We recommend wearing shirts with collars.
3. We refrain from wearing clothes that the club deems inappropriate, such as jeans, and clothes that may offend other users.

Article 9 (Payment of user fees)

When you leave, you will pay in cash at the front desk or a designated payment method such as a credit card recognized by the club.

Article 10 (Money and valuables)

1. We lock and store money and other high-value items directly using the valuable locker. If the valuable locker is full, you can request it to be stored at the front desk after storing it in an envelope designated by our club.
2. The user is responsible for the management of the valuables during the use of the locker, and the club is not responsible for any guarantees or other responsibilities regarding the valuables in the locker.
3. In the case of the front desk storage, it is only returned to the holder of the storage certificate, and we are not responsible for any valuables that are not stored. If the storage certificate is lost, it should be reported to the front desk immediately.
4. The club is not responsible for the loss or theft of money or goods in the clothing locker due to the loss of the key, and the key to the clothing locker during use is not kept by the club.

Article 11 (Portables and Automobiles)

The club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of cars and belongings on the premises of the club and in the parking lot provided.

Article 12 (Receiving Parcel Items, etc.)

The receipt, storage, and delivery of courier goods are carried out on behalf of the user, and the club is not responsible for any accidents that occur in the process.

Article 13 (Using a ride cart)

Please use the passenger cart with the following in mind

1. At departure, check the safety of the passenger and surroundings before driving
2. Hold the handle while driving, and be careful because the automatic stop does not always operate.
3. If you cause damage to others by driving a cart, you must resolve it at your own responsibility.
4. If a lightning warning is issued, stop playing immediately and move to a nearby shelter (the cart is not a lightning strike facility)

Article 14 (use bathrooms and saunas)

Bathrooms and saunas are prohibited in the following cases.

1. If you have tattoo exposure (except if allowed by your club)
2. If you're drunk
3. If you have an infectious disease
4. Where there is a disease prohibited from taking a bath or sauna according to the doctor's instructions

Article 15 (Player's safety responsibilities)

1. Golf can carry risks, so users follow etiquette and safety rules and play under their own responsibility regardless of the caddie's advice.
2. The Cart Road is an exclusive passageway for carts. Be careful when you are forced to pass and the club is not responsible for any accidents caused by walking

Article 16 (Prevent Slow Play)

The reference progress time for the half-round is based on the time set by the club, and any significant delay may result in a warning or penalty.

Article 17 (Practice Swing in Tying Area)

Practice swings are only allowed at-bats or in separate designated places within the T-mark, and non-players are prohibited from entering the teeing area.

Article 18 (signals from Caddy and Four caddy)

The caddie/Four cadie signal is a reference information indicating the safety of the preceding team. Regardless of the signal, the player hits with self-judgment and responsibility considering the direction of the distance and the direction of the batting.

Article 19 (Checking the distance)

Instead of relying solely on caddie advice, follow-up players make their own judgments about the distance so that no dangerous batting will occur against the preceding team. When self-playing, make sufficient safety checks before hitting.

Article 20 (No forward position)

The companion player should not be positioned in front of the batter, and the player should always ensure safety under his own responsibility.

Article 21 (Safety of adjacent holes)

Since batting in the direction of adjacent holes is particularly dangerous, carefully judge the distance and direction to prevent the danger. If the ball is directed to the adjacent hole, send a danger signal to the player of the hole and be careful not to interfere with the hitting.

Article 22 (Concession to Subsequent Articles)

If the follow-up group is allowed to hit, the preceding group must move to a safe place until the follow-up group's hit is finished.

Article 23 (Move after Holout)

After the hole-out, leave the green immediately and follow the safe route to the next hole.

Article 24 (Manipulation of Cart for Caddy)

Caddy carts only operate caddies and prohibit players from manipulating them. The club is not responsible for any accidents or damages caused by manipulation by the player.

Article 25 (No use of firearms)

The use of fire in the course and clubhouse is prohibited outside the designated place. After completely extinguishing matches, cigarette butts, etc., are discarded only in the designated ashtray.

Article 26 (Club Confirmation)

The number and status of the club shall be checked immediately before and after the play, and the club shall not be liable for any deficiencies or defects that have occurred since the confirmation.

Article 27 (Liability in case of Violation)

If the user has caused damage such as injury to a third party in violation of these terms or conditions, or if he/she has suffered damage, the club shall not be liable unless there is intentional or gross negligence.

Article 28 (Compensation for Facility Damage)

If the user intentionally or negligently damages the club's facilities and equipment, the amount of damage shall be compensated.

Article 29 (Prohibited Articles)

Items prohibited from being brought into the facility are as follows.

1. Pets such as animals (excluding cases permitted by law such as assistive dogs)
2. articles that give off a noticeable odor
3. guns and swords
4. articles that are likely to ignite or explode
5. articles that cause excessive noise

Article 30 (Prohibited Acts in Facilities)

The following activities are prohibited within the facility.

1. gambling and other acts of defiance
2. Business activities such as sales, promotion, advertising, etc. of goods (excluding cases permitted by the club)
3. Non-user access to courses (except permission to this club)
4. an act of causing inconvenience or discomfort to others

Article 31 (Responsibility of Members to Non-Members who have been accompanied/introduced)

Members shall notify and comply with the existence and contents of the rules of the bylaws, the terms and conditions, and the club rules to non-members who are accompanied or introduced. In the event of damage caused by a non-member's violation, the member shall be liable to compensate for the damage in solidarity with the non-member (including repair costs in case of damage to the club's facilities).

Article 32 (Rules of Faith)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the usual practice of golf play and the principle of good faith and sincerity. * In these terms and conditions, the term "anti-social force" means an organization or individual who makes unfair demands in the wake of an accident or dispute, including a person who has not passed five years since he/she quit a gang, a gang member, a member of a gang member, a related enterprise (front company), a general meeting member, an unfair requester pretending to be a social movement or political activity.
